Pelican Roost - (sleeps 8)

beautiful, intimate home in Santa Cruz that has just been made available
for you. Elegantly decorated with a nautical air, it has two bedrooms
with queen beds and two baths. The full-gourmet kitchen with indigo tile
is next to the dining area that seat 6 and the living room with electric
fireplace. Two steps down you'll find a den with a TV, DVD, VCR, and tapes.
Open the French doors into a lovingly maintained garden, with mature trees,
ivy hedges, a brick patio, flowers and a fishpond, a restful and private
setting for the Roost's brand-new hot tub. An extra studio apartment,
the "Blue Marlin," over the garage is available to accommodate larger
parties. This fun getaway sleeps 4 with a kitchenette. Bathroom access
is in the house, stair access only.
